The frame elements of our pop-up gazebos are connected with a bolt system. It’s less likely to work loose than standard screws and makes the gazebo more practical in everyday use. You can also replace parts yourself without special tools. For the roof, we offer a DIY repair kit. 

Many types of damage can be repaired without difficulty. Whether a repair or a new frame is the better option depends on the extent of the damage, the size of the pop-up gazebo and the series. Our experts are happy to advise you. 

There are different reasons why a pop-up gazebo gets damaged. Most often, it comes down to these points: 

• incorrect use, for example during storms and strong gusts of wind 
• improper anchoring without weights and tension straps 
• improper transport, when the roof is not removed from the frame and the gazebo is moved around carelessly 
• improper storage

With improper storage or transport, the fabric rubs against the frame, which mainly causes small holes and tears. In this case too, get in touch with us, as there is usually a solution for the fabric. Tears in Ecotent pop-up gazebos can, for example, be repaired with a special film that is ironed onto the tear from underneath.
